alt=\"\\\"/\u003e\u003cbr/\u003e \u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e　　细雨蒙蒙，一列从白银西站缓缓驶出的火车宛若一条游龙，在巍峨群山之间穿行而过。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e　　“线路封锁，各换枕机上道作业。”5月8日18时50分，各小组负责人和防护员的对讲机里同时传来开始施工作业的号令。早已静候在铁道边的230名干部职工，协配17台换枕大型机械在5公里的线路上一字排开，同时上线作业，对线路上既有的69型混凝土轨枕进行“升级换代”。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr/\u003e\u003cimg alt=\"\\\"/\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e　　包兰铁路既有的69型混凝土轨枕是我国早期投入使用的混凝土轨枕，承载力相对较小，经过多年的使用和长年累月风吹日晒、风化腐蚀，亟需“升级换代”为承载力更强的ⅢA型混凝土轨枕，以满足包兰铁路对内蒙古、宁夏、甘肃经济建设的运输需求。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr/\u003e\u003cimg alt=\"\\\"/\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e　　在作业现场，笔者看到换枕机就是改良后的大型挖掘机，它既可以挖开石砟，取出既有的69型混凝土轨枕，也可以轻松“抓取”800多斤重的ШA型混凝土轨枕，直接更换到线路上。每台机械前后都有1名职工进行安全防护，1名职工进行质量卡控，2名职工配合换枕机松卸扣件、更换胶垫，10多名职工整理道床，整个施工好比流水线作业，有条不紊地进行着，仅用80分钟就完成920多根轨枕更换。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr/\u003e\u003cimg
