文俏程）我国约5000万成人遭受便秘困扰，70岁以上人群慢性便秘患病率达23%，80岁以上达38%……如何推动我国结直肠肛门外科进一步发展，减轻更多病患的痛苦？今天上午，“第17届（2022）全国结直肠肛门外科新技术新进展研讨会”在长沙举行。来自国内百余名权威专家共聚一堂，通过“线上线下联动”的方式，带来各自临床与科研经验，建言献策、碰撞思想。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cimg src=\"https://img.hubpd.com/hubpd/spider/full/f15f79949ea32fc7ef3801990af5d7d44751b02a.jpg\"/\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e便秘是一种（组）症状，表现为排便困难和（或）排便次数减少、粪便干硬。排便困难包括排便费力、排出困难、排便不尽感、肛门直肠堵塞感、排便费时和需辅助排便；排便次数减少指每周排便少于3次，慢性便秘的病程至少为6个月。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cimg src=\"https://img.hubpd.com/hubpd/spider/full/9c27bc5e24fe967c9daeb1695dcb5840738492d4.jpg\"/\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e根据中华医学会消化病学分会胃肠动力学组发布的《中国慢性便秘专家共识意见（2019）》显示，我国成人慢性便秘的患病率为4%～10%。且随着年龄的增长，便秘的患病率逐渐升高，其中女性患病率高于男性。在研讨会上，不少与会专家纷纷呼吁应重视“慢性便秘”这一严重影响人民群众健康和生活的疾病。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cimg
